Once reserved for special Sunday meals, Sunday Special Masala has been a household staple. Our version of the delicious ‘Sunday Special Masala’, is the perfect grab & go addition to your kitchen! Made by hand from start to finish, red chillies are sun-dried with local spices, slow roasted on a chulha and then pounded together in a traditional khandap, to make a fine powder which can then be used for your favourite dishes. Although traditionally used in Maharashtrian dishes with a Malvani influence, this versatile masala plays extremely well with varied cuisines and adds just the right touch of spice.
The Sushé Farms Sunday Special Masala is packed in resealable paper bags to ensure year-round freshness.
