Wood-Pressed Groundnut Oil is made from groundnuts sourced from Kolhapur, where the plant releases nutrients into the soil making it beneficial for the sugarcane crop, a farming mainstay for the region. The nuts are solar dried to ensure optimum quality and the oil is extracted using the wood press method. Once cured and sun bleached, for optimum flavour and longevity, Sushé Farms Groundnut Oil is then bottled and labelled by hand and ready for use.
