We sow, rear, and farm all that is endemic to the fresh, fertile, and abundantly blessed Konkan region. ‘Farm to Table’, is a motto that we believe in and practice. And what we don’t grow ourselves, we seasonally source from the wider village community.

At  Sushé, we don’t believe in mass production, and instead, what we bring to select tables is the gift of clean & healthy exclusivity for those who appreciate and believe that good things come in limited packages. 

We prefer to take the help of the local workforce by bringing together hands and minds from a lineage that has been tending the good earth for generations.
