 We, M/s Vriddhi Delta Agro Enterprise, located at H. No. 1448 Village Dande, Post Ansure, Taluka Rajapur, District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra 416702 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), operate our business under the brand name “Sushé Farms” (hereinafter referred to as the “Brand Name”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (“Platform”) and form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing, browsing, or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on the Platform.

3. About Sushé Farms

We are a family-owned, grassroots business based in Maharashtra, India. Our products include:

  1. Cold-Pressed Oils – Hand-crafted, unrefined oils made from naturally grown produce.

  2. From the Mill – Authentic regional masalas, flours, and local staples.

  3. Other Products – Seasonal and farm-based products (availability may vary).


4. Eligibility

  • You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law.

  • Minors may use the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading details.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All Content on the Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Content without prior written permission.

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the Company or the respective owners.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes on rights.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, internet disruptions, or technical failures.

15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.

  • Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, in English.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement – These Terms, Privacy Policy, and any disclaimers form the full agreement.

  • Waiver – Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

  • Severability – If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
