    • Other Indian Cities: 4–6 working days

    • Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer and customers will be notified at the time of order if extra time is needed.

  • Factors Affecting Delivery: Public holidays, weekends, distance, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. While we strive to meet our timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Non-shipping Days: Products are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate, including street name, city, state, and postal code, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Payment: We follow a strict no Cash on Delivery policy. Please ensure payment is completed at the time of placing your order.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Expired Product: If you receive a product with an expiry date prior to delivery.

Return Process

  • If approved, we will arrange for the return pick-up and cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment account used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 3–7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges
